My job as a designer involved unifying the client's brand visual identity across both customer-facing and internal materials, as well as developing marketing collateral to expand outreach through strategic partnerships.

Client Needs & Job Objectives:
The core objectives were to establish a cohesive brand identity to enhance visual recognition and customer trust, modernize the in-store menu design to reflect updated services and improve clarity, create supporting print materials for promotional campaigns, and design co-branded advertising campaigns with partnered dealerships to broaden audience reach while adhering to all brand guidelines.

The design process focused on creating a consistent and impactful brand presence across various touchpoints. Key deliverables included:

  • Brand Consistency: Establishing cohesive visual identity guidelines applied to store displays and marketing collateral.

  • Menu Redesign: A modernized in-store menu design reflecting updated services, alongside a complementary employee pricing guide for internal use.

  • Print Design: A suite of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and spinner signs, designed to support promotional campaigns and increase visibility.

  • Partner Campaigns: Co-branded advertising campaigns designed in collaboration with partnered dealerships, advertising our services while following each dealership’s independent branding styles.
